Just do it... or regreat it!

Ever regret something you really wanted? Well this book has three stories about girls who regret stuff through their adventures. Romance is really what the book has a lot of, from best friends been true love and even the least expected person. Towards the end of the stories the girls will learn how to be more independent. They will try new stuff they have never experience before like going to places they never been to. Read about how they change and about what you shouldn’t regret.
This book was really interesting. It has three different stories which is great because it’s three in one. The students have the same main idea. I think the authors are trying to convince the reader to try new stuff and never regret anything you really want. The authors did examine the part of humanity well because it has thoughts about what people would really do in a real situation. It also has real wording that teenage girl would use.
I would totally recommend this book. Teenage girls who especially like reading about romance and about real life situations. This book would get four out of a scale of one through five.

Facing the music

In this story Lisa Franklin is the main character. She mostly talks about her family problems and her conflicts with her band. She is not really social with other people at her school. She dosent really have much friends, but does have a best friend named molly ,they are very close to each other and they tell everything to each other. Lisa has never had a boyfriend until this summer when she turn sixteen she had a boyfriend named danny. So at the beginning of the book she was really shy. When she first saw danny she said "What are you doing here?" I asked, keeping my voice calm
althought i could feel my face burning". So this means she was emberrased having him in her house.
At the beginning of the book Lisa was really unsecure of her self. She has always been dependent on her brother, or atleast thats what her brother thinks and also her dad. She believes she old enough of doing anything she wants since her brother is doing it to. One of the things she wants to do is be on her brothers band but she is scared to tell him because she is sure he is not going to approve with the idea. She once told danny "my brother will never let me be in your band". But danny convince mark, lisas brother, and she did stay with the band. And through out the book she became more confident of her self and she always try to make the band better.
While the band was getting ready to performe at their fisrt gig, lisa was very extited, but when it came to show time she started to get nervous, because there was alot of people but danny help her have faith on her self. Also earlier in the book when danny and lisa first meet she was emberrased because danny heard her signing and he told her she sang like an angel. When danny and lisa were dating , lisa said "you said i sang like an angel and i thought you were being sarcastic". her saying this means that she wasent really sure how danny thought about her.
Lisa is a really good signer, and shes always practicing with her band. Her band means evrything to her & when it comes to learning new songs shes always in track. Shes always extited to go sing at parties and shes fine with leaving after every gig. One of the biggest responsiblies she had in the story was to organized a gig by her self. She told her band mates " look, i promise you, ill take care of everything-ill do all the work myself for this gig". This way she can prove she is old enough to do something by her self.
Lisa is a teen-aged girl. She barely turn sixteen this summer and she got a new mic for a present from the band.Lisa has long hair and its really hard to wash she said "its so thick that its a big production to wash it needs a ton of shampoo and conditioner."  She was usually describe with blue jeans and a simple white camisole. One thing she never like was dresses and she was force to buy one for her mom's funeral , but she didint, but she did buy one for the bands first gig.

FACING THE MUSIC

Ever since i was a little girl, i never found reading interesting until my freshamn year . I never check out books for my own intersest, only for school projects and homework. I only read books with my sister, since we were in the same grade. But we will never read at home, we were never big fans of reading. Until my freshman year i started reading, because i had to, during class and thats when i started been interested in books. :]
I found out i like to read about teenagers life's. i like them because i get to compare my life and my feelings to the characters and i find it amazing how people feel the same way. The book i pick to read first is "Facing the Music". This is a story about a teenage girl leaving life in a diffrent way she was used to, now that her mom died she has to deal with new changes with her brother and her dad dating new people behind her back..  Im excited to read the rest of the book, since she and her brother are in a band together and she has a crush on her brothers friend. :]
